You will give me the exact filter options as you would put them in zillow and the price range (either buy or rent). I'll give you the data structured in csv or xls format.

The data i offer for every property are:

• Full address (street address + zip code + state + city)
• Street address
• Zip code
• State code
• City
• Selling or renting price
• Number of bedrooms
• Number of bathrooms
• Property type (condo, apartment, single family, townhouse etc.)
• Living area (square feet)
• Lot area (square feet)
• Zestimate
• Rent zestimate
• Listing url
