I will conduct research, understand and map out the customer journey of your service/product.

It will consist of a service journey and its user actions, while outlining the pain points, front-end actions, back-end actions and the opportunities available to improve the customer journey to create better and more profitable customer experiences as well as supporting your employees and business.

 Create an empathy map to learn more about the users of your product or service we will create an empathy map and you will be provided with a template to fill out as we talk.
