What information should I provide?
Please provide your Shopify store URL, affected page link, theme name, a description of the problem, the expected result and screenshots or a short recording if available.
Do you need my Shopify password?
No. Never share your password, OTP or recovery codes. If access is required, I will request secure Shopify collaborator access with only the necessary permissions.
Will you edit my live theme directly?
Normally, no. I will work on a duplicate or unpublished theme copy whenever possible, test the changes and ask for approval before anything is published.
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for one small issue, Standard for up to three related issues or one moderate customization, and Premium for up to five related issues or customization of up to two theme sections. Message me first if you are unsure.
Can you guarantee that every bug can be fixed?
A fix can only be confirmed after reviewing the issue. Some problems may originate from third-party apps, Shopify settings or external services and could require additional access, time or a separate scope.
Are paid apps, themes or third-party charges included?
No. Shopify plans, domains, paid themes, paid apps and other third-party charges are separate and will never be purchased without your approval.
