Basic includes one Vapi agent, an agreed call script and n8n call trigger. Standard adds Google Sheets leads and status updates. Premium adds lead filtering, call monitoring, outcome routing and Slack alerts. Each package covers one use case.
Are Vapi subscriptions, phone numbers and call costs included?
No. Prices cover workflow setup and the agreed deliverables. You provide your Vapi, n8n and phone-provider accounts and pay platform, AI-model and call usage fees directly. Call volume is not included in the setup price.
What do you need before starting my calling workflow?
Send your business use case, call script or goal, sample Google Sheets columns, desired call outcomes and integrations. Use sample data first. Account access is arranged securely after we agree the scope; do not send passwords in the requirements.
Can the workflow update my CRM and notify my team?
The shown workflow updates Google Sheets lead records and sends Slack notifications. Other CRM systems, appointment booking or extra integrations require a technical review and a separate quote before ordering.
Can you improve an existing Vapi or n8n calling workflow?
Yes, after review. Share the workflow structure, issue and expected result with credentials and personal data removed. I will confirm feasibility and scope first. Calls must use leads you are authorized to contact.
