Do you provide a PDF ready to print format on final delivery?
Yes! The PDF copy is included in the STANDARD and PREMIUM package. Please share with me the printing guidelines provided by your supplier when sending the requirements, this will allow me to deliver a 100% ready-to-print PDF file. You could also share the product page and I will check these myself.
What do I have to provide?
The flyer content (text, logo formats...) has to be provided before the work is to start. If you want me to include any images you own, make sure they are licensed for commercial use. I don't rely on any copyright infringements related to files you share with me.
Can I use photos taken from google or similar search engine?
Unfortunately not! Photos taken from the internet have copyrights and you might get fined if the owner finds them in any of your commercial use marketing material without his permission or paid license. I do not rely on any copyright infringements for the content you send.
What does a double-sided design mean?
A double-sided design is usually a front and back design or a 2 pages pdf. Please not that this, doesn't mean a bi-fold or tri-fold design. Bi-folds and tri-folds, even if double-sided designs, are 4 and 6 pages in total.
What info do i need to provide to receive a fantastic project?
From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. I will need the complete text, grammar checked, images if you want something specific (or I can use stock images) and, if possible, 1-2 example flyers that you like so I can see the design style to use.
How soon should I expect my project to be delivered?
The standard delivery time is 4 days. I usually do my best to deliver sooner than the deadline but, this depends on how many active projects i have in front of yours. There is always the extra option for fast delivery (+$20) in my gig that ensures 24h delivery time.
I want editable source files. Which package should I have to choose?
For editable source files. You have to choose the premium package.
What if i don't like your work?
From the beginning of the project, we will discuss your needs and design ideas. Once we have everything sorted, I will start working on your project. After the revisions rounds, if you are still not happy, we can adjust the design until it pleases you or, I can send you a full refund.
Will you provide the text for my flyer?
Sadly, I don't provide text writing services so, the text must be provided by the client.
