FAQ
What is credit control?
Managing the money your customers owe you: following up overdue invoices, resolving payment problems and deciding how much credit to give each customer.
Will my customers know you are outside my business?
No. I contact them from your email or software under your business name, in a polite and professional tone.
Can you guarantee my customers will pay?
No one can guarantee payment. I follow up consistently, record every reply and payment promise, and tell you exactly who needs your attention.
Do you chase personal debts or take legal action?
No. I only follow up invoices owed by business customers, and I never threaten legal action. For legal recovery, please speak to a solicitor or licensed agency.
How does the credit review work?
I review the customer's payment history with you, any credit report you provide and public company records, then suggest a credit limit and payment terms. It is a recommendation, not financial advice.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Your data and your customers' details are used only for your order and never shared.
