Do I get source code and tests?
Yes. Apex includes a test class. LWC includes the bundle. I deploy to your sandbox when you grant access, or I hand over the files if you deploy.
Can you convert Visualforce or Aura to LWC?
Yes on Standard or Premium if you share the existing page and the target Lightning experience. Basic is a small fix, not a rewrite.
Will this pass a Salesforce security review?
I write sharing - aware Apex (with sharing where required), avoid SOQL in loops, and add tests. AppExchange security review is a custom offer, not a default package.
Can you also configure Flows and objects?
