Do you create the 3D model of the product?
3D modeling is not included in the Basic Package. If you don’t have a ready 3D model, I can create one for an additional charge.
What file formats do you accept for 3D models?
I accept .FBX, .OBJ, .STL, or .BLEND files. Make sure your model is properly textured and ready for animation to avoid delays.
What video formats do you deliver?
You’ll receive the final video in MP4 (1080p Full HD) by default.
Do you include background music?
Yes! Both Standard and Premium packages include cinematic background music.
Can I get the Blender source file?
Yes, the .blend source file can be provided as a paid extra. This includes lighting and camera setup for future reference.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (2 for Basic, 3 for Standard, 5 for Premium). Revisions cover minor tweaks, not full reworks or new scenes.
Can you make longer animations than listed?
Yes! You can add extra seconds through the “Additional Running Time” option during checkout.
Will you do complex 3D modeling in Standard and Premium Packages?
3D modeling service included in Standard and Premium Packages are for low to moderate Complex and detail models, Highly complex model can be provided as a paid extra.
