What exactly is included in the UX audit?
I review your website's usability, navigation, and user flows using heuristic evaluation and UX best practices. You'll get a detailed report highlighting critical issues and prioritized, actionable recommendations — not just a list of opinions.
Do I need the redesign, or can I just get the audit?
Both work as standalone options. The audit alone gives you a clear roadmap you (or your team) can implement yourselves. If you want it done for you, the redesign covers every screen flagged in the audit.
Will I get design files, or just a report?
The audit includes a written report with findings and recommendations. If you add the redesign, you'll also receive full design files (Figma) for every screen covered.
What if I only need a few screens redesigned, not my whole site?
That's fine — the redesign scope is based on what the audit flags as priority issues, not your entire site by default. We can also scope it down further if you have specific pages in mind.
