1. Is the handwriting real, or is it a computer font?
Everything is written by hand with a real pen on real paper. You will receive a scan or photo of the original page. No fonts or digital tools are used.
2. What can you write?
Personal letters, thank-you notes, birthday and anniversary messages, study notes, medical notes and summaries, patient-education sheets, quotes, poems, and speeches. If you have another idea, message me before ordering.
3. Can you write medical content accurately?
Yes. I am a physician, so I can handle medical terminology, drug names, and clinical notes accurately. Please note that I write the content you provide and do not give medical advice through this gig.
4. What do I need to send you to start?
Send your text (Word, PDF, or plain message), your preferred paper size, ink color, and any style requests. If you want my help wording a letter, tell me the occasion and the tone.
6. How will I receive my order?
By default, as a high-resolution scan (JPG or PDF). Physical shipping of the original is available on request for an extra fee.
7. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 days depending on length. Longer projects may take more time, and I will confirm before starting. Rush delivery is available as an extra.
8. Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Minor corrections, such as a spelling mistake in the text you gave me, are free. Changes to the content after I have written it may need a new order, since the page has to be rewritten.
10. Is my content kept private?
Yes. Personal letters and medical content are kept confidential and are never shared or reused.
