I need either SSH access to your server or your error logs. The more details you share about the problem, the faster I can fix it.
Do you need root/admin access to my server?
Root access is preferred as it helps me fix things faster. But in some cases, sudo access is enough. I will let you know after you describe your issue.
What if you cannot fix my problem?
If I cannot fix your issue, I will give you a full refund. I always ask you to message me before ordering so I only take jobs I am confident I can solve.
Which servers and operating systems do you support?
