We will meet via zoom, skype, google meet or any other video calling app.
What do I need to start yoga?
A yoga mat, laptop, or mobile (laptop is better than a mobile since you can see the details much better), stable internet connection, space. With this you can already start off, all the rest that you might need (such as a chair, blanket, belt, pillows) I'll explain to you later.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Sessions can be adapted to your current level and experience.
