I manage and grow your community day to day, so members feel looked after from the moment they join:

• Welcoming and onboarding new members so they engage early
• Daily posts, prompts, and discussions that keep the feed active
• Moderation that keeps the space positive and on-topic
• Running challenges and using Skool's points and levels to drive engagement
• Organizing events, calls, and classroom content
• Answering questions and making members feel seen
• Tracking engagement and spotting members at risk of leaving

Skool is my main focus, but I also manage communities on Discord, Circle, and Facebook Groups, so if you run more than one space, I can cover it.
