Q: What do I need before the lesson?
A computer with Microsoft Excel installed (or Google Sheets if agreed in advance) A stable internet connection Zoom or Google Meet (free) Optional: any files you want us to work on (reports, assignments, templates, etc.)
Q: How will the lesson be delivered?
We’ll do a live 1:1 session using Zoom or Google Meet. We’ll share screens so you can see exactly what I’m doing and practice at the same time.
Q: Can you teach me using my own spreadsheet or work file?
Absolutely. This is often the best way to learn. You can upload your file when you order, and we’ll use it during the session (as long as it doesn’t contain sensitive/confidential data).
Q: What topics can you cover?

I would prefer not to be recorded but we can discuss this.
Q: I don’t know my level (beginner/intermediate). What should I choose?
No problem. Book the package that matches the time you want (30/60/90 minutes), and in the requirements just tell me what you struggle with. I’ll quickly assess your level in the first few minutes and adjust.
Q: Can you do my homework/assignment for me?
I won’t do your exam or graded assignment for you, but I can guide you, explain concepts, and help you understand how to solve it so you actually learn.
Q: What if I need something more advanced or a custom Excel file?
If you need complex automation, advanced dashboards, or a custom template built, send me a message first. I’ll review your requirements and send a custom offer if needed.
