Yes, I do follow all the latest designs patterns and works with material designs as well.
what will i get in $60 ?
you will get one mobile app screen design or 3 sections of one web page for $60, That is more often for the clients who want to see the initial template before going to the full product design process.
Do you do Prototyping ?
Yes, i do prototyping and that costs 50$ extra. I will do that in invasion, sketch or marvel.
Do you do PSD or any other format ?
I work with figma or adobe xd but in case if you need source file in any other format, please let me know while starting the project.
