I have been working as a ServiceNow developer for the past 4 years. In my previous company, I worked on multiple projects and was responsible for supporting complex problems related to the CMDB solution raised by the operations teams. I also worked on customizing discovery patterns for fetching the correct data for the CIs and was responsible for monitoring and scheduling the discovery process. I also have rich experience integrating different platforms like JAMF, GitLab, etc. with the ServiceNow platform for periodic fetching of the data into the ServiceNow instance through the Rest API using scheduled scripts and have experience with client scripts, business rules, workflow, flow designers, email notifications, and various ITSM components.
