BEFORE ORDERING
Please share your use case, sample input data, preferred email tone, and required integrations.
The standard workflow creates drafts for you to review and send manually. Automatic sending, advanced CRM integrations, and complex reply-handling systems are not included unless agreed beforehand.
AI API usage, hosting, and third-party subscriptions may require separate accounts and costs.

I am an AI Systems Architect and B2B AI Automation Developer. I specialize in engineering production-ready AI agents, autonomous workflow automations, real-time multimodal applications, and high-performance API backends.
Rather than building brittle "AI wrappers" or basic scripts, I design resilient, failure-first systems built with strict decoupling, state machine management, automated retry loops, and validation quality gates.

FAQ
Will the workflow send emails automatically?
No. The standard workflow creates drafts in Gmail for you to review and send manually. Automatic sending can be discussed as a separate requirement.
Can you use Google Sheets as the input source?
Yes. I can use Google Sheets as the input source when included in your selected package and the required access is available.
Which AI models can you integrate?
I can integrate a compatible AI provider, such as Gemini or OpenAI, depending on your requirements and available API access.
Do I need my own API keys?
You may need access to your n8n instance, Gmail account, and chosen AI provider. Third-party usage and subscription costs are separate.
What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide your use case, a sample lead or customer record, an example email or preferred tone, and your desired output platform.
