Turn your existing PDF tables into editable Excel and CSV files.
I convert clear, selectable-text tables from supplier price lists, product catalogs and simple reports. I check row counts, column alignment and representative values against the source, preserve SKU codes and leading zeros, and flag unclear cells instead of guessing.
You receive:
- An organized XLSX workbook
- One CSV per converted table
- Brief conversion notes with source pages and review flags
Basic: 2 pages, 100 rows, 1 PDF/table, 15 columns.
Standard: 10 pages, 1,000 rows, 2 PDFs/3 tables, 20 columns.
Premium: 25 pages, 2,500 rows, 3 PDFs/5 tables, 25 columns.
All limits apply together. A table continuing onto another page counts as one table. Rows exclude headers.
Please send a sample and page numbers before ordering so I can check the layout. Tell me your date/number conventions and desired output layout. English and French communication are available.
Scans, photos, handwriting, OCR, password bypass, complex layouts, formulas and financial analysis are outside these packages. Portfolio data is fictional.

Which PDF files do you accept?
Clear PDF files with selectable text and simple row-and-column tables. Scans, photographs and handwriting are not included. Please send a sample first so I can check the layout.
How are package limits counted?
Page, row, PDF, table and column limits all apply together. Rows exclude repeated headers. A table continuing across pages counts as one table. Basic covers 1 PDF and 1 table; Standard 2 PDFs and 3 tables; Premium 3 PDFs and 5 tables.
Do you use OCR or convert scanned PDFs?
These packages cover selectable-text PDFs only. They do not include OCR, scanned pages, photos, handwriting or password bypass. I check the source before confirming the scope.
Will you preserve codes and missing values?
Yes. I preserve SKU and ID leading zeros, original blank cells and meaningful zero values. Unclear values are flagged for your review rather than invented. Please specify the date and number conventions.
What files will I receive?
An editable XLSX workbook, one UTF-8 CSV per converted table, and brief notes listing source pages, row counts and cells that need review. Excel formatting cannot be stored in CSV.
Does a revision include new pages or files?
A revision corrects the agreed conversion of the originally selected pages and tables. Extra pages, new files, another layout or unrelated data cleaning are outside the original scope.
Can you combine tables or recreate formulas?
Compatible tables may be appended in Standard/Premium when agreed first. Complex joins, dashboards, formula reconstruction and financial analysis are not included. I transfer source values without inventing calculations.
