Any FAQ, policy document, product guide, or knowledge base in text format (PDF, Word, or plain text). Basic covers 1 document, Standard up to 3, and Premium up to 6.
How do you make sure the AI doesn't make things up?
I use RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), which grounds every answer in your actual documents instead of the AI's general knowledge. If the answer isn't in your docs, it says "I don't know" instead of guessing.
