Which platforms do you support?
I build bots for Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp (Meta API and Twilio), Instagram via ManyChat, Facebook Messenger, Slack, and website chatbots. Most clients combine 2 or 3 platforms for maximum reach.
What AI model will my chatbot use?
I support OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and open-source models like Llama. You choose — I configure it. Note: you will need your own API key which costs a few dollars per month based on usage.
What is ManyChat and do I need it?
ManyChat is a visual automation tool for Instagram and Facebook DMs. If you run social media ads or want automated replies to comments and DMs, ManyChat is perfect. I build the entire flow for you and it requires no coding on your end.
Can the chatbot answer questions about my business?
Yes! I can add a knowledge base (RAG) to your bot so it reads your documents, website, or FAQs and answers customer questions accurately — not generic AI responses. This is included in the Standard and Premium packages.
