I test web apps and SaaS platforms the way real users and real attackers actually use them. Beyond standard functional and regression testing, I check what happens when the wrong user gets the wrong permission: broken access control is one of the most common, most expensive bugs to ship. I built a full QA test matrix and role-based access control (RBAC) validation suite for TestersPlaybook, a SaaS testing platform 64 test steps across three subscription tiers, plus a structured bug log. I also hold cybersecurity certifications from Deloitte Australia, Mastercard, and Datacom (Forage), and completed a cybersecurity internship that included reconstructing a full attack chain from packet capture analysis. I write bug reports that are reproducible, not vague steps, expected vs. actual, screenshots.
