I’m a Mechanical Engineer and FEA Engineer with hands-on industry experience in CAD repair, modification, and design optimization for manufacturing and 3D printing.
I work daily with SolidWorks, Siemens NX, ANSYS, and Blender, repairing and modifying CAD/STL files to make them manufacturable, printable, and structurally reliable. My background includes shipbuilding, aerospace, automotive tooling, and industrial equipment — so I don’t just “fix geometry”, I understand how parts are actually used in real life.

A: I fix non-manifold edges, flipped normals, holes in the mesh, intersecting faces, and "thin wall" issues that cause 3D printing failures.
Q: Can you convert a photo into an STL?
A: (Usually No) No, this gig is for repairing existing 3D files. Please contact me first if you need a custom design from scratch.
Q: Will the repaired file be ready for my specific 3D printer?
A: Yes! I can optimize the file for FDM or SLA/Resin printing, including hollowing and adding drain holes if requested.
Q: What if my file is too complex for the Basic package?
A: If you have a high-poly sculpt or a file with hundreds of errors, please message me first for a custom quote!
