About this gig
I will produce site plan for you. You will need a site plan if you are planning to:
- add new outdoor structure to your building
- check if your parcel area is enough for your ideal home
- get permit from local authorities
You may also need a site plan if you want to produce a complete set of construction drawings. A site plan is where you start.
I will need you to provide me your parcel ID, your plot address or your house location so that I can access GIS data. I will draw the site plan showing the existing land features such as footpath, driveway, trees, green belt, existing utilities etc.
I will send you the draft plan for review to check if anything is missing. I will revise the site plan free of charge.
Before placing order, please verify with your local authorities if they accept a site plan prepared by a freelance Engineering firm.
