I will build an offline android app that syncs between phones

About this gig
Some work happens where there is no internet. A field, a market, a building site, a village, a warehouse, a place where the signal dies at the worst moment. Most apps simply stop working there. Mine don't.
I build Android apps where several people work together with no server and no internet. The phones share data directly with each other over local Wi-Fi, a hotspot, a nearby connection or a scanned code, and everyone ends up holding the same correct information, even if each person made changes while disconnected.
What I build:
- Shared records that several people can add to and edit at the same time, offline
- Phone to phone sync over local Wi-Fi, hotspot, Bluetooth or QR code
- Correct merging when two people changed the same thing while they were apart
- Signed records that show if anyone changed history afterwards
- An honest fallback when no connection is possible at all, instead of an error screen
Live on Google Play from my own portfolio: Murmur (nearby messaging with no internet), Naqil (direct phone to phone transfer), Ittisal (encrypted calling and messaging).
Tell me how many people work together and where they are when they do it.

FAQ
Does this need a server?
No. That is the whole point. If you also want a server for backup or reporting, I can add one, but the app keeps working without it.
What happens if two people change the same thing while offline?
The app merges it using a rule we agree before I start: newest wins, both are kept, or it is shown to a person to decide. Tell me which one fits your work.
Can I see it working before I order?
Yes. Murmur and Naqil are free on Google Play. Install them on two phones, turn the mobile data off, and try them.
How many phones can work together?
Two is simple. Small groups in the same place work well. Tell me your real number and I will tell you honestly what is realistic.
