Should I use NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud?
New nonprofits now get Nonprofit Cloud (Agentforce Nonprofit) with their free licenses. If you already run NPSP and it works, you may not need to move yet. Message me and I'll recommend the right option for free.
Do you help with the 10 free Salesforce licenses?
Yes. Salesforce donates 10 licenses to eligible nonprofits through the Power of Us program. I'll guide you through the application, which your organization submits itself, and set up the org once it's approved.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or another CRM?
Yes. I map, clean and deduplicate your donors and gifts, test the import in a sandbox, then load it. Standard covers up to 1,000 records and Premium up to 10,000. Larger imports can be added as an extra.
Can you migrate our NPSP org to Nonprofit Cloud?
Yes, for small orgs in the Premium package. It's a re-mapping project, not a copy, so I review your data, reports and automations first. Larger or heavily customized orgs get a custom offer with a clear scope.
Will my team be able to run it after delivery?
Yes. Every setup includes a walkthrough, and Premium adds staff training. You can also add an admin guide or 30 days of support so nobody is left stuck after go-live.
