Which AI model do you use to build the chatbot?
I use Mistral-7B by default as it is fast, private and cost-efficient. However I can integrate any model including GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini or LLaMA based on your budget and needs.
Do I need any technical knowledge to use the chatbot?
No. I will handle everything from development to deployment. I will also provide a simple guide so you can manage basic updates yourself after delivery.
Which platforms can you integrate the chatbot with?
I primarily integrate with websites and WhatsApp. Message me if you need a different platform and I will let you know if it is possible.
What is included in the 1 month free maintenance?
Bug fixes, response quality improvements, minor content updates and retraining the bot with new data. This is available in the Premium package only.
How do you train the chatbot on my business data?
