Yes. The Single Room package covers one scope type for one room. Multi-Room and Whole-House cover mitigation plus repairs for larger losses, including contents manipulation and pack-out lines.
How do you handle drying equipment?
I bill equipment per unit per day based on your placement and pickup dates and dry logs, apply monitoring and setup labor, and note the drying standard used. Send equipment counts, dates and moisture readings in the requirements.
Can you work from photos only?
Yes. I write the scope from photos and your notes and state assumed dimensions clearly. Room measurements, a floor plan or a Matterport link make the estimate more precise and may qualify it for rush turnaround.
Can you supplement a carrier estimate for a water or fire loss?
Yes. Share the carrier estimate and your photos. I identify missed drying days, demo, antimicrobial, detach and reset items and rebuild lines, then prepare the supplement with supporting notes.
Which price list and settings do you use?
The Xactimate price list for the property ZIP code and the month you specify, normally the date of loss. Overhead and profit, sales tax and depreciation are set exactly as you instruct.
