I build an AI receptionist (phone and chat) for medical, dental, therapy and wellness practices:

PRIVACY-FIRST (HIPAA-AWARE) DESIGN
By default the bot collects only name, contact details and preferred time, never health details. I can set it up with HIPAA-eligible vendors if you have BAAs in place. I don't provide legal or compliance certification.

Is it HIPAA compliant?
Compliance depends on your whole setup, not only my build. I design the bot to avoid collecting health details and can configure it with HIPAA-eligible vendors if you have BAAs. I don't provide legal advice or certification, so check with yoir compliance advisor.
Does it give medical advice?
No. It answsers practice information and booking questions only, and it tells callers to dial emergency services for emegencies.
Can it connect to my EHR or practice software?
Direct links depends on whether your software offers and API. I connect through Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com or email handoff. Message me your system before ordering.
Can it send text reminders?
Email reminders are included. US text messaging needs carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), which can take days or weeks. I can guide you through it as an add-on
What does it cost to run after delivery?
Voice, phone and AI usage is billed by those providers directly to you and depends on call volume. I'll estimate it before you order.
