Do I need a paid ManyChat account?
The Basic package works with the free ManyChat plan. For more advanced flows, ManyChat Pro (paid directly to ManyChat) may be needed. I will tell you before we start.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your ManyChat account (or I help you create one), your Instagram business account connected to a Facebook page, and a list of your most common customer questions.
Can the automation reply in my language?
Yes. I can set up replies in English, Albanian and Greek. Multi-language flows are included in the Premium package.
What happens if something stops working after delivery?
I test everything before delivery. If something does not work as agreed, I fix it free of charge within the revisions included in your package.
