Will you use n8n or Python for my automation?
Mostly n8n: it's easy to edit visually and free to self-host. When the task needs heavy data processing or custom logic, I write a Python script instead. Before we start, I'll recommend the option with the lowest running cost for your case.
Do I need to pay for n8n or AI APIs?
Running costs go to your own accounts: n8n Cloud or your own server, plus any AI API you use (OpenAI, Claude). Self-hosted n8n is free. I'll estimate the monthly cost before the build, so there are no surprises.
What happens if a workflow breaks after delivery?
Every workflow includes error handling and an alert (email, Slack or Telegram) when a step fails. If a bug in my work shows up within 7 days of delivery, I fix it for free. New apps or scope changes are a new order.
