FAQ
What the preliminary info you need to know?
I need to know: 1. Camera model 2. Picture profile or color profile 3. Original files resolution and format 4. Software used for the editing 5. Delivery format of the edited files 6. all the other possible details you can provide
What software do you use for color grading?
I only use DaVinci Resolve to color grading videos. DaVinci is the only software that allows total control of the images. Of course I have installed all the major editing software to make easier the workflow.
My footage files are very big, how do I send it to you?
The best way is to use Google Drive. You can also use wetransfer.com for files up to 2Gb or filemail.com for files up to 50Gb. Both services are for free and easy to use.
Can I have the project file with the grading?
No, the original files with the grading trees are never included.
What format should I deliver in?
Preferably High Resolution ProRes, with an XML or EDL if possible. I can guide you through any tech requirements for delivery.
