FAQ
How is this different from n8n, Zapier or Make automations?
I write the agent in code (TypeScript/Node.js) inside your product or as your own service. You get version control, tests, custom logic, your own security model and no per-task platform fees. If a simple no-code flow is enough for you, I will say so.
What should I prepare before ordering?
A description of the task, the systems it must connect to with API docs or access, example inputs and expected outputs, and any actions that need human approval. If you are unsure, start with the Agent Blueprint.
Who pays for AI API usage?
You do, through your own OpenAI or Anthropic account. I give a usage cost estimate in advance, and I add limits, caching and model choice to keep costs predictable.
Do I own the code?
Yes. Everything is delivered to your repository with documentation and is fully yours. API keys and data stay in your accounts.
Can you work in my existing codebase?
Yes, especially React, Next.js, TypeScript and Node.js projects. I review the codebase first and follow its structure and conventions. Other backends can call the agent through an API I deploy.
Where does the agent run?
Inside your existing app, or as a separate service on your Vercel, AWS or server. Long running tasks use background jobs or queues.
How do you keep the agent safe and reliable?
Tools have clear permissions, inputs and outputs are checked against schemas, sensitive actions can require human approval, and every run is logged so you can see what the agent did and why.
What counts as a revision vs new scope?
Revisions cover improving prompts, behaviour and outputs for the agreed tasks and tools. New tools, integrations or tasks are new scope and are quoted separately.
Do you fix bugs after delivery, and can we do milestones?
Bugs in the delivered scope are fixed free for 14 days after delivery. Larger systems are split into milestones through a custom offer, with payment per delivered stage.
How do we communicate and what is your timezone?
Through Fiverr messages with regular updates, and calls when helpful. I am in Pakistan (UTC+5) with overlap hours for Europe and the US.
