This workflow starts with a manual button trigger. It retrieves a specific file from OneDrive for Business, converts its content to a data URI, and stores it in a variable as an HTML image tag. Next, it lists all rows from a table in an Excel file stored in OneDrive. For each row, it sends a personalized email using Office 365 Outlook. The email includes the recipients name, a security message about product and the embedded image from the file. The flow automates sending security awareness emails with dynamic content to multiple recipients from an Excel list.
