A: I'll provide you with an HTML file that is 100% editable. However, some basic HTML knowledge is required for any modifications.
2. On which platforms can I use it?
A: You can use it on Email (web), Outlook (PC and MAC), Apple Mail, iPhone/iPad, and anywhere there is an option to paste an HTML signature or HTML code.
3. Are the social media icons clickable?
A: All social media icons in the HTML Email Signature, along with the phone number, website address, logo, and headshot, are clickable.
4. Do you host our images for free?
A: Yes, I will host your images on a free image hosting account, and the server will be live 24/7.
5. What about free image hosting?
A: My gig package typically provides free image hosting for your signature at no cost, but this will expire after a few months. If you purchase a premium hosting service, your signature images will not expire for a lifetime.
6. Is your hosting secure for images?
A: Yes, we provide hosting with full security and maintain the privacy of the images.
7. Will you provide support for installing a signature?
A: Yes, I'll provide video, text, and screenshot instructions at the time of order delivery so that the user can easily follow the tutorial and add a signature to their email client. Instructions for Android phones are not included.
8. Is it mobile compatible?
A: Yes, it is 100% mobile compatible. However, the signature width must be a maximum of 320 pixels. If you need the signature width to exceed 320 pixels, it will not be responsive on iPhones or mobile devices. A mobile-friendly signature design must be 320 pixels wide!
9. What if I provide you with a design and ask you to make the signature like it?
A: If you want me to design based on your provided design, please note that the signature may not be identical to the given design, as not all fonts and designs elements support an HTML signature.
10. Does it support a background image in a signature?
A: No, background images are not supported in most email clients/servers. While still images are supported, then it'll not a clickable signature.
