FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Your website or app link (or APK/TestFlight build), test login details if needed, the platforms to test, and any requirements or key flows you want checked. No documents? No problem, I’ll test like a real user.
Do you test both Android and iOS apps?
Yes. I test Android and iOS apps, plus websites, web apps, mobile web and admin panels. For iOS, please share a TestFlight invite or build. Extra platforms can be added as a Gig Extra.
Will you retest after my developers fix the bugs?
Yes. The Premium package includes a full retest to verify the fixes. For Basic and Standard, you can add a retest round through Gig Extras or a custom offer.
What will my bug report include?
Every bug comes with steps to reproduce, expected vs actual result, severity (critical, major, minor) and annotated screenshots or a screen recording. You also get an Excel sheet with test coverage and results.
Can you test before launch, or only live apps?
Both. Pre-launch testing on a staging or test link is ideal, because bugs are cheaper to fix before real users see them.
Do you sign an NDA? Is my project kept confidential?
Yes. I’m happy to sign an NDA, and I never share your app, data or credentials. I have experience with financial and e-commerce projects where confidentiality is essential.
How long does testing take?
Basic is delivered in 1 to 2 days, Standard in 3 days and Premium in 5 days. Need it sooner? Add Extra Fast Delivery or message me and I’ll try to fit your deadline.
My project is bigger than your packages. Can you help?
Absolutely. Message me with your app link and requirements, and I’ll send a custom offer with a fair price. Large and ongoing projects get a discount.
