What do you need from me to start the design?
I can work from hand-drawn sketches with dimensions, reference photos, PDF blueprints, or a detailed written description of your idea. If you are fitting electronics, a STEP file of the PCB is highly recommended.
Are your DXF files ready for laser cutting (SendCutSend, Xometry)?
Yes! I provide clean, 1:1 scale DXF files with no splines, overlapping lines, or open contours. They are 100% ready to be uploaded to online manufacturing platforms or sent to your local CNC shop.
What if I don't know the K-Factor or bend radius for my material?
No problem! If you tell me the material type (e.g., Aluminum, Stainless Steel) and the thickness, I will apply standard industry K-factors and bend deductions to ensure the flat pattern folds perfectly.
Can you include vents, louvers, and holes for hardware?
Absolutely. As shown in my portfolio, I can design custom ventilation slots, louvers, and accurately sized holes for PEM nuts, standoffs, or standard fasteners.
Do you provide the native SolidWorks source files?
