How it works:
Step 1: PDFs arrive by email (Gmail) or an upload form
Step 2: AI extracts supplier, VAT number, document number, dates, lines and totals
Step 3: Code checks the maths, the VAT rate and the dates, and blocks duplicates
Step 4: Clean records go to your ledger (Google Sheets or PostgreSQL)
Step 5: Problems go to you by email with the reason, and you approve or reject
Premium adds matching against your purchase orders, an approval limit and an accuracy test on your own documents.
You get the workflow file, a short setup guide and a test run on sample files before delivery.

Is the AI's reading 100% accurate?
No AI is. That's why plain rules check every total and date, and every doubtful document goes to a human before it reaches your ledger.
Which documents work?
Text-based PDFs in French or English. Scanned images need an extra OCR step, so send me a sample first and I'll tell you honestly if it works.
Where does my data go?
To your own Gmail, Google Sheets or database, and to the AI provider (OpenAI or Claude) for reading. Nothing is kept on my side after delivery.
Will it work with my accounting tool?
Google Sheets and PostgreSQL are included. Tools with an API (QuickBooks, Xero, Pennylane...) can be connected too. Message me with your tool before ordering and I'll confirm.
What do you need from me to start?
5 to 20 sample PDFs, where they arrive today, and where the results should go. For Premium, your purchase-order list too. Delivery time starts once I have these.
Can I test it on my own files before ordering?
Yes. Message me 2 or 3 sample PDFs (with private data removed) and I'll tell you which fields can be read reliably before you pay anything.
