In contract management, the post-award phase stage is often overlooked. But just because the contract is signed, it does not mean that the work has been done and the negotiation has ended. The agreement must be administrated and monitored continuously. Any stakeholder must ensure that all obligations, and commitments in the contract (from both Contractor & Employer )are met. All of this requires consistency and a high level of Interactive Onboard Contract Administrator, in order to resolve all claims and disputes and to abide by the terms and conditions.

I've 12 years of extensive experience in Contract Administration, Project Planning, Cost Management, of Construction Projects including of roads, bridges, dams, irrigation and high-rise building projects.

Fully Conversant with International standard bidding documents of FIDIC. Well conversant with Quality standards as per ASTM, AASHTO, relating to Construction sector.
