Can you really manage my construction project remotely?
Yes. I coordinate your trades, building surveyor, consultants and suppliers daily by phone, email and a shared Monday.com Asana board the same way an on-site PM would, without the travel cost. Remote doesn't mean hands-off.
My project is bigger than a single-storey home, can you still help?
Absolutely. These packages are scoped for single-storey residential. For double-storey, custom homes, childcare centres, commercial or larger developments, message me first and I'll send a custom offer priced to your actual scope.
Do you know Australian and US codes and council processes?
Yes, I work to the NCC and Australian permits, VCAT and SOPA processes, and I've coordinated US permits and documentation across PA, NJ, TX, WA and FL. Tell me your location and I'll confirm I cover it.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your plans (architectural/structural as available), the scope or quotes you want reviewed, and a quick note on where the project is up to. The clearer the brief, the tighter and faster the result.
Can you source materials, joinery or stone from China?
Yes, I source windows, joinery, stone and stairs from Chinese manufacturers, review shop drawings to Australian standards, and benchmark against local pricing so you see the real saving before committing.
