Is this a one-time payment or yearly?
The design/build is a one-time project. Like Wix or Squarespace, there is also a yearly platform/hosting fee that keeps your site online, secure, and connected to tracking/automations. I’ll outline the amount and what’s included before we start so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
What if I don’t have a domain or business email?
No problem. I offer an optional add-on where I help you choose and set up your domain and a professional email (yourname at yourbusiness dot com ), and connect everything to your new site.
How long does it take?
For most projects: Essentials: about 7–10 days Growth/Marketing System: 10–15 days This starts after you’ve completed the intake form and provided any needed content (logo, photos, etc.)..
What if I don’t like the first design?
Your package includes revisions. The first version is focused on structure and flow; then we adjust style, images, and details until it matches your brand and feels smooth for your customers.
I’ve been burned before. How are you different?
I’m US-based and focus only on local service businesses. You’ll get a clear written scope, drafts to review, and revisions inside your package. I don’t disappear after delivery—I want your site to be something you’re proud to send customers to.
I don’t know what to write. Do I have to write all the copy?
No. I give you a simple questionnaire (or short call) where you just talk about your business. I then structure and write the website copy for you, using your words but in a clear, SEO-friendly way. You review and request edits.
What kind of support do you offer after the website is done?
I don’t disappear after launch. With your yearly subscription I handle hosting, tech updates and platform issues. You can request minor text/image edits via Fiverr messages, and I typically reply within 1 business day. Bigger changes can be quoted as add-ons.
Do you help my website show up on Google search results?
Yes. I build your site on an SEO-ready platform with clean structure, keyword-focused copy, meta tags, mobile optimization, and analytics tracking. This sets a strong foundation to rank on Google, but no one can guarantee #1 spots or exact ranking timelines.
Will I be able to make changes to my website myself?
Yes. You’ll get your own login plus a short training video you can rewatch anytime. After delivery, we’ll also do a live screen-share handoff to walk you through updating text, images, and basic settings.
