What file types do you accept for revisions?
I require an editable source file for all revisions, such as AI, PSD, EPS, or other native design files. This ensures that I can make the necessary changes efficiently and accurately.
What happens if I don't have an editable source file?
Without an editable source file, I cannot perform the revisions as intended. If you're unable to provide the original design file, please contact me before purchasing to discuss alternative custom options.
What is included in a single revision cycle?
A single revision cycle includes all the changes you request in one instance. Once the revision is completed, any further modifications will require the purchase of an additional revision package.
What if I need more than one revision cycle?
I offer the option to create a custom discounted package that includes multiple revision cycles to meet your needs. However, please note that unlimited revisions are not available on this gig. If you anticipate needing several revisions, contact me to discuss a tailored package for your needs.
Am I responsible for the text accuracy in my design?
Yes, clients are responsible for ensuring that all text provided for revisions is accurate and error-free. I am not responsible for any orthographic or grammatical errors in the provided text.
Can I make last-minute changes after a revision is completed?
Last-minute changes after a single-package revision cycle is completed will require a new package purchase. To avoid this, please take time to carefully review and compile all changes before submitting your request.
What if I need a completely new design?
If your revisions involve substantial changes or new design concepts, this will be treated as a new project, and you will need to purchase a separate gig or a custom package tailored to your needs and scope of the project from the brief you compile.
How long will it take to complete the revisions?
The turnaround time for revisions depends on the complexity of the changes and the current workload. Generally, revisions are completed within one to two business days, depending on the package you opted for. For urgent requests, please contact me to discuss rush or overnight options.
Do unused revision cycles carry over to a new project?
No, unused revision cycles do not carry over to new projects. Each package is specific to the project at hand and covers only the revisions requested within that scope.
