Will my emails land in the inbox immediately after setup?
Not immediately. Deliverability builds gradually through the warm-up period. I'll make sure everything is configured correctly so your sender reputation builds properly, but inbox placement improves over time, not instantly.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Access to your domain's DNS settings (or your registrar login), the sender email(s) you plan to use, and your Instantly account access.
Do you guarantee a specific open or reply rate?
I can't guarantee exact metrics, since results depend on your email copy, targeting, and list quality. What I guarantee is a technically correct setup — proper DNS records, authentication, and warm-up configuration — which is the foundation good deliverability depends on.
Can you set up multiple inboxes for a team or agency?
This gig covers one mailbox. For multiple inboxes or agency-scale setups, please message me first — I can quote a custom package based on your volume.
Is this a one-time setup or ongoing service?
