What file formats will I receive?
I provide all standard embroidery formats, including DST, PES, JEF, VP3, and XXX. I will also include a PDF production sheet showing the color sequence, stitch count, and dimensions.
Can you digitize for 3D Puff/Foam?
Yes! I specialize in 3D Puff digitizing for hats and hoodies. Please let me know if you need 3D Puff when ordering, as the density and underlay settings are different from standard flat embroidery.
Will the design work on my specific fabric?
Absolutely. I adjust the pull compensation and density based on your material. Whether you are stitching on hats, polos, towels, or leather, please specify the fabric so I can optimize the file for it.
Do you use auto-digitizing software?
Never. Every logo is manually digitized stitch-by-stitch. Manual digitizing ensures fewer thread breaks, smoother paths, and a professional finish that auto-software simply cannot match.
Can you digitize small or complex text?
Yes, I have extensive experience with small lettering. I use specific techniques like center-run underlays to ensure that text as small as 4mm or 5mm remains crisp and readable.
What if I am not happy with the sew-out?
Your satisfaction is my priority. As a Level 2 seller, I offer unlimited technical revisions. If you encounter any issues during your test stitch (like gaps or misalignment), I will fix the file immediately.
How do I know the stitch count before ordering?
If you are unsure which package to choose, please send me your logo via inbox first. I will give you a free estimate of the stitch count so you can select the correct gig package.
Do you offer vector conversion (AI/EPS) as well?
