Should I contact you before placing an order?
For normal cleanup, you can order the package that matches your audio length. If the recording is severely damaged, heavily distorted, clipped, very reverberant or unusually difficult, please send me a sample first so I can assess it.
What kinds of audio can you clean and restore?
Voice-overs, podcasts, interviews, dialogue, YouTube audio, documentaries, phone recordings, voice notes, audiobooks and other spoken-word recordings.
Can you completely remove background noise?
It depends on the recording. Most noise can be significantly reduced, but if it heavily overlaps the voice, some may remain. I prioritize a clean, natural result rather than aggressive processing.
Can you fix echo or room reverb?
In many cases, yes. Reverb and room echo can often be substantially reduced, although the result depends on how strongly the room sound is embedded in the original recording.
Can you repair clipped or distorted audio?
Sometimes. Mild to moderate clipping or distortion can often be improved, but severely damaged audio may not be fully recoverable. Please send a sample first if the damage is severe.
Will my voice still sound natural after processing?
Yes. The goal is to improve clarity, balance and intelligibility while preserving the natural character of the voice and avoiding metallic or artificial processing.
What audio formats do you accept?
WAV is preferred whenever possible, but MP3 and other common audio formats are also accepted.
What will I receive when the order is complete?
You will receive the cleaned and processed audio file. WAV and MP3 versions can both be provided at no additional cost.
