How are competitor universities selected?
You can provide the universities you want to benchmark against, or I can help identify appropriate competitors based on ranking position, region, institutional profile and the purpose of the analysis.
Can I compare my university with more than 3 competitors?
Yes. Additional universities can be added using the Extra Competitor option. For larger benchmarking projects involving many institutions, please contact me for a custom offer.
Can you benchmark more than one ranking system?
Yes, but different ranking systems use different methodologies, indicators and data sources. Multi-ranking benchmarking can be arranged separately depending on the rankings and scope required.
Will all universities be compared using the same indicators?
Wherever possible, I use comparable indicators and data from the same ranking system and period. Available metrics may vary depending on the ranking methodology and published data.
Do you provide recommendations based on the comparison?
The report includes key findings, identified gaps and areas that deserve attention. Development of a detailed ranking improvement strategy or implementation plan is a separate service.
Do you guarantee that benchmarking will improve our ranking?
No. Benchmarking identifies performance differences, gaps and opportunities. Ranking outcomes depend on institutional performance, methodology, data quality, competitors and other factors.
Is my university's information kept confidential?
Yes. Materials and information provided for the project are treated as confidential and are used only to complete the requested work.
What happens after I receive the report?
