I am a seasoned photography and a recipe creator. I am experienced with Chinese, Mexican, and fusion food. I'm also experienced in baking as well. There's not many recipes I cannot create or re-create. Food styling is a speciality of mine, and has been a passion of interest from a very early age.

blog posting are opinion pieces and I speak based on past experience of my life. For example, childhood memories, motherhood, and travel. I also like to talk about equipments I use and what machine I prefer, and a detailed method of how the recipe come to be.

I believe bringing sturdy and detailed posts is important. If there's something I do not know, believe me there will be some extensive research and trails included. I am not a person who likes to give false information or information I am not confident about.

My kitchen is staked with many kitchen appliances, and feel confident I have all the right tools to make your project happen. However, in rare cases when there's is a very specific equipment that is needed, you will need to provided the equipment for the tailored project.
