Need IngramSpark book formatting for a clean, professional paperback or hardcover? I will turn your finished manuscript into a carefully formatted, print-ready book interior.
Your book layout can include:
Correct trim size, margins and gutter
Consistent typography, spacing and paragraph styles
Chapter openings, headers, footers and page numbering
Title page, copyright page and table of contents
Placement of your supplied images
Print-ready PDF with embedded fonts
Basic covers up to 70 pages for one print edition. Standard covers up to 200 pages and Premium up to 400 pages, with paperback and hardcover PDFs plus the editable source file. Image limits are 5, 10 and 20 respectively.
Already have a rejected file? Send your interior file and the IngramSpark error report before ordering so I can assess the fixes and quote accurately.
This service is for interior formatting. Writing, proofreading, illustrations, cover design and account uploads are not included. Revisions cover layout adjustments to the supplied manuscript; new text or major rewrites require a separate quote.

Can you fix an interior PDF rejected by IngramSpark?
Yes. Please send the file and full rejection report before ordering. I will assess the formatting issues and confirm the scope and price. Platform approval also depends on your content and publishing specifications.
What do you need to format my book?
Send your final edited manuscript, trim size, paperback or hardcover choice, paper and ink settings, and any supplied images. Include a layout reference if you have one. For repairs, also send the current PDF and error report.
Do you provide paperback and hardcover files?
Yes. Standard and Premium include both interior PDFs for the same manuscript and agreed trim size. Basic includes one print edition. Different trim sizes or substantial layout changes may require a custom quote.
Are cover design, editing and publishing included?
No. These packages cover book interior formatting only. Please provide edited text and images you have permission to use. Cover design, proofreading, writing and uploading to your publishing account are separate services.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions cover layout adjustments to the original manuscript and agreed scope. Basic and Standard include 3 rounds; Premium includes 5. New chapters, rewritten text or changes to trim size after formatting may need a custom quote.
