What romance subgenres do you write?
My own books specialise in historical romance and romantic comedy, but I've also ghostwritten contemporary romance, paranormal and shifter romance, dark romance and steamy fiction. If you're not sure whether your project is a good fit, just drop me a message!
Can you write both clean and steamy romance?
Absolutely! I'm equally comfortable writing sweet, closed-door romances and books with plenty of spice. Just let me know your preferred heat level and any boundaries you'd like me to work within.
Can I see examples of your writing?
Of course! I'm very happy to share examples of my own published novels so you can get a feel for my writing style. However, as ghostwriting is confidential, I'm unable to share work I've written for other authors. And naturally, you can expect that same level of discretion when we work together!
Do I need to have a plot ready?
Not at all! You can come to me with a fully developed outline or just the beginnings of an idea. I'm happy to help develop your concept into a story with characters your readers will fall in love with.
Can you write in my style or author voice?
Yes! One of my favourite parts of ghostwriting is helping authors find and develop their own unique voice. If you have existing books or writing samples, I can use these to get a feel for your style.
Will I own the rights to the finished work?
Yes. Once the project has been completed and paid for in full, the agreed rights to the finished manuscript will be transferred to you. You're free to publish it under your own name or pen name.
Can I order a longer book?
Of course! My full novel package covers up to 60,000 words, but I'm happy to discuss longer projects. Please message me for a custom quote.
Will my project remain confidential?
Yes. I understand that discretion is an important part of ghostwriting. I won't publicly disclose our working relationship or share your manuscript without your permission.
What will you need from me to get started?
A little information about your idea, your preferred romance subgenre and what you're hoping to achieve. If you have character notes, favourite tropes or examples of books you love, even better! We can work out the rest together.
Do you write in British or American English?
Both! I'm British, so British English is my native language, but I have plenty of experience writing for American audiences and am equally comfortable writing in US English. I'll make sure the spelling, vocabulary and dialogue feel natural for your intended readership.
