You already know what the task is. You have known for three days. The problem was never the knowing.

ADHD body doubling works because someone else is there. Not helping, not watching over your shoulder just present on a call, quietly working on their own thing while you work on yours. It borrows the focus you cannot summon alone.

How a session runs:

• We meet on Zoom or Google Meet at a time you pick
• You say out loud what you are working on
• We work, cameras on or off, mic on or muted
• I check in at the halfway mark and at the end

Good for admin you have been avoiding, inbox backlogs, essays and dissertations, tax paperwork, job applications, form filling, revision and cleaning.

As your accountability partner I can also send scheduled check-in messages between sessions, so the momentum does not die the moment the call ends.

Note:I am not a therapist or a medical professional and this is not treatment for ADHD. I am the person who shows up on time so the task finally gets started. You do not need a diagnosis to book.
