Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
Not always. If you're low-volume, a lighter setup may work. If you need reliability, scale, and no ban risk, the official API is worth it. I'll tell you which fits before you pay.
Are there costs beyond your fee?
Yes — Meta charges per-conversation on the Business API, and some flows need a hosting cost. I'm upfront about all of it so you can budget properly. My fee is for building it; the platform fees are separate and go to Meta, not me.
Will the bot use AI or just fixed replies?
Your choice. Fixed flows are cheaper and predictable; AI replies (OpenAI) handle open-ended questions. Standard and Premium include AI.
How long until it's live?
The bot build follows the delivery times above. Official API approval from Meta can add a few days on their end — I'll guide you through it.
What do you need from me?
